Return & Exchange Policy
At UNICHE AFFETO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are only accepted if:
• The product received is damaged
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product has manufacturing defects
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Used or washed products
• Products without tags
• Products damaged after delivery
• Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer
EXCHANGE POLICY
Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the order for exchange requests.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
